- Starting Wednesday, May 12th - INTERMEDIATE LADIES STYLING "On 1" with AVA APPLE.
Every Wednesday at 7pm at Symbolic Dance & Fitness, 672 So. Van Ness, SF. $12 single class, $50 for 5, $89 for 10.
Stay for the Int. Salsa On 1 partnering class with Ava & Rodolfo at 8:15 - (only $5 for this class if you have taken the 7pm class)!

NEWS FLASH!!! Hi Everyone! We have some important news to share with all of you...As of April we will no longer be teaching our Wed. Salsa classes at Cheryl Burke Dance SF.

The GOOD NEWS is.... We are opening our own studio! Hopefully we will be ready to start classes there within two weeks, without any break to the Wed. classes, but we will keep you posted. It's in the Mission District at 674 So. Van Ness & 18th. We can't wait for you to see it - it's been a long time coming.

We are always looking for talented, athletic, dedicated people to join our dance "family". Do you want to work hard at your dancing, learn exciting lifts + tricks, and perform at congresses and events throughout the Bay Area + the U.S.? If this describes you, please contact us!

Our teams dance salsa/mambo "On 2", cha-cha-cha, bachata, y mas... mixed with lifts and acrobatics. We rehearse twice a week in San Francisco.

Join our Student Dance Team!

Have you been wanting a challenge? Something more intense than weekly intermediate classes? Would you like to have people to practice with? Then maybe a team is what you need!

Ava + Rodolfo accept new people for their student team "The Latin Symbolics Experience" year-round, so come join us!
The team meets every Saturday from 3-5:30p at Alonzo King's LINES Dance Center in SF, and one Sunday a month. You will learn Salsa/Mambo "On 2", Cha cha cha, Bachata, turn technique, body movement, and get performance experience.

The cost is $120 per person per month (5 rehearsals/12 hours = only $10 per hour), and team members get a discount on private lessons with Ava + Rodolfo ($50 for team members, regularly $70).

In addition, team members can attend the Tue and Wed drop-in classes for free.

Admittance to the team is by instructor approval, so please contact us if you are interested in joining, you can also stop by to watch a rehearsal if you like.
